Meat is a reliable option, but don’t over divulge into certain meats. Too much red meat can potentially be harmful to your heart.

Cereal grains are another food that can improve the health of your teeth. whole grains as processed grains tend to dissolve into sugars in your mouth, which can have negative effects on your oral health. Which means, no sugary breakfast cereals– instead go for rice, corn, barley and oats.

Fish is a great foundation food for your teeth. They are strong in Vitamin D and calcium, which helps build and strengthen the enamel on your teeth. The calcium in your teeth also helps build strong bones in your body. If you are not a fan of seafood, a lot of pharmacies sell fish vitamin pills because of how healthy it can be.
